How to see full analytics related to messages received?

On our dashboard, you can see the complete analytics related to the messages received to your inbox. The visual representation named “user messages” gives the overview graphical representation. Select “View full report” on the top-right corner of this column to get additional details.

On the full report, you can see details on,

  • User messages that are recognized by AI & not recognized by AI,
  • User messages with a response,
  • User messages with no-response,
  • Most trained phrases on the frequent answers (By NLP).
